Catching Up…
Having a pretty relaxing break… my 4th was typically crap, the entire experience pretty much summed up by the fact that some drunk asswipe tried to start a fight with me on the way back from watching the fireworks in the Marina. Wendy spit on him, he was too drunk to spit back, we drove off. Woo-hoo.
Went and saw AmiPuffyYumi (I think that’s spelled right) at Spaceland last night. Apparently, they’re the Spice Girls of Japan in terms of popularity. They actually rock pretty hard… a bit of a Blondie vibe, so I guess young girls in Japan tend to have better taste then they’re American / European counterparts. I’m not saying it was good by any means. I’ll stick with Cibo Matto for my bizarre Japanese pop.
Wasting the day away tinkering with my synths. Not producing anything worthwhile whatsoever.
