road trip!
Apparently, I’m going on a road trip this weekend… just got back from seeing a friend’s band play at Boardners and got invited on a quick and crazy roadtrip to watch another band play in Vegas, Phoenix and then back in LA. Should be fun… better get a few of those overdue checks in so we have a little spare gamblin’ cash…

Oh yeah.. if you have not yet had the pleasure of eating at Greenblatt’s in Hollywood, fucking do so. a) open until 2am b) really, really, REALLY good food c) really, really, really, REALLY good wine list. Beats the shit outta Dennys.

this trip will either be amazing or really suck. I’m not sure how I feel about being trapped in an SUV with three guys fighting over control of the cd player while making cutting remarks about the “other sex”. I’m not witty enough to defend myself verbally - but what the hell. I love Vegas, and as long as I can bring my camera and have a big bag of snackies for the road, I’ll be happy. Besides, I can have my revenge later when I record all of their drunken stupidity.
