How fun.
vegas was fun… getting a wee bit old for what we did, but there you go. wandering out of a bar at 2 am, driving all night, pulling in at 7am on a saturday and trying to find a room… there you go. good drinking, good gambling, and found an amazing video game.
then we came back and wendy and i decided to start renovating our entire house while finishing up a few pressing work projects. our living room is destroyed, some new paint, cleaned out the closets, stripped paint off the bricks… sigh. probably another day for that room, then we’re doing the library, the kitchen, the bedroom…
sheer madness over here, i tell you.
apparently i’m going to vegas. right now. no planning, we’re just going. see you on monday.
was a great goddamn movie. if you haven’t seen it yet, do so.
You’re not. Project from hell lumbers on. There does seem to be a good to fair chance of polevaulting this one project into a major deal, which would be nice. We shall see what happens. We’re both a little burned out on the current company status quo so it’d be a welcome change.
In the meantime, continuing to work on the home studio, actually shooting out a bit of music now. Ironically, the project I’m working on at the moment is mostly a sample-based piece so I’m not even using logic or my synths. At least I’m setup for the next one.
