patch day 1

Hmm… curiously tingly, this patch thing. No physical anxiety thus far… of course, I’ve only been awake for 4 hours. Not too shabby on the mental front either, although I have noticed I no longer have anything to reward myself with. Made doing exercise or ponderous client phone calls much easier when I had a gift to give myself upon successful completion.

Being badgered by a friend to drive out to the desert tonight and watch the “once in a lifetime” meteor shower event. I’m sure it will be quite cool but the idea of a 3 hour drive (each way) and being out until 4am in the middle of nowhere isn’t really appealing to this city boy at the moment.
“But it’ll be fun.”
“For five minutes. What about the other 6 hours I’ll be stuck with you freaks?”

Someone invent a transporter, please. Life is the destination. Fuck the journey. It’s nothing but complaints, bad music, farts in the cushions and cheetos.

Cool! The patch really helps I gotta say. It takes a while to get used to but DON’T FALL ASLEEP WITH IT ON! That is unless you want the most fucked up lucid nightmares ever! Also always wash your hands after puting the thing on and taking it off. It’s pretty bracing when you have raw nicotine on your fingers and rub your eyes. Burns like a motherfucker!

Oh yeah, as you start to step down keep buying the Step 1 patches. They all cost the same but the smaller steps are just smaller patches. If you buy the big ones and cut them down to the smaller size you’ll save a SHITLOAD of $$$.
