Ah…..
Wednesday, November 13th, 2002Another week, another West Wing. Granted, this wasn’t one of the finest episodes, but it’s so refreshing to see a well written show. I like big words. I like people that aren’t afraid to use them.

God save us from project managers with no conception of the project. Or how to manage one.
Isn’t this why I quit working for companies in the first place?
Making all my various travel arrangements… flights, hotels, car rentals… ever notice how much of a scam all this shit is? Special rates that never apply, different rates if you’re on the website or if you call the hotel / rental place directly or if you call the company directly (and then get different rates depending on which person you talk to)…
Makes me want to blow them all up.
I have spent the last few days voicing strong opposition to seeing 8 Mile; flatly refusing to go see it in spite of the fact that everyone I know wants to see it and seems to be interested, for god knows what reason.
Last night, this even led to a near fight between two friends at Finn’s, as one of my friends has an even stronger anti-Eminem position than I do.
So it was with great surprise that I found myself giving in to peer pressure today and going and seeing the damn movie with Wendy, Jon and Simon.
I tried, I really tried to pretend I was interested. I walked out. What a stinking piece of shit.
