getting ready for the 4th of july show, shooting behind the scenes footage and crap like that this week… rockin’ the wireless network in the hotel - bastards already figured out how to lock the network so you have to pay 9.95 per day - and no freebies in range. damn. plus, they don’t have any boosters so the signal only works up to the 9th floor, and we’re on the 12th. sumabitch. must have a word with them about that.

anyway, off to the gym and then to sort out some breakfast. ate far too many buffalo wings last night. yum.

Just got back from catching a midnight screening with Rob and Miyoko out at Universal… powerful stuff. I’m dismayed and angry all over again. What a bunch of thieving bastards.

at the moment. just keeping on keeping on. made a blog for skeely so hopefully he’ll keep us up to date as he works his way through europe…

back to work.

haven’t blogged in awhile… work has been crazy. flew to buffalo last weekend to play the music is art festival… had a blast. wendy showed some artwork, i didn’t end up djing as there were too many bands playing and they had it timed perfectly… a bunch of dance troops did their performances to our older pieces, and then we cobbled together a new set of about 20 minutes worth of music… we brought robby’s couches, lamp and living room tables down from his apartment and put them on stage and played from there. fun. ran around buffalo a bit with lori and her friends, flew back on monday….

since then we’ve done a poker night, lots of work and pretty much hung out. strained a muscle the other day so i’m walking around a bit funny today. saw napolean dynamite last night and laughed my ass off. great movie.

today’s my mom’s birthday so we’re going down to oc to say hello and do that whole thing in combo with father’s day. for awhile it looked like we’d be going to nyc on monday but that’s fallen through now… so we might actually be here for this week, then off to buffalo for the 4th of july show we’ll be taping…
