work just wont end. it’s all good, if depressing. finishing up the green day site which is both technically and design-wise one of the best things we’ve ever done. pain in the ass but i’m proud of it. goo dvd is going along swimmingly, a whole new area for us so i’m stoked to be doing that kind of work… and two other big projects are looming and will be launching shortly after we get those two out in the world. those are probably the most exciting for me but i haven’t really been able to concentrate on them yet.
in other news, skeely, ej and marie were in town for two nights before heading back out on the road, so we got to do a little hang time with them, which was a blast.. this week looks as crazy as ever, although nothing will compare with last week…
enough for now. oh yeah, in the last 7 days, i’ve had protein bars for dinner 5 of them. feeling good yet starving.

Aw man, If you talk to the GD guys give em Bob’s email addy. They hung out on a Screeching Weasel tour and took Bob out for his 21st Bday I believe. I do know Billie Joe threw a boot at Bob for snoring. Something we’ve all wanted to do at some point
I should dig up one of the shots from the old days. I know I have one lying around from an old Beloit show. Cant’ wait to see the site and go hang out again. In lieu I’m off to watch Da Ali G show.

Ah, my 21st birthday was the summer before the Screeching Weasel tour, though I did see the Green Day lads a little bit around town when Weasel was in Oakland for a couple of weeks. Just separating events a little bit!
But, yeah. I did wake up with a shoe that wasn’t mine, admittedly thrown by the disgruntled Green Day singer/guitarist. I tell you, those young punks (18 at the time) had no respect for their elders! They’re a lot of fun, though — especially that Mike character. I’ve always meant to look him up, but I haven’t talked to him since probably ‘95 or so.
