Alienware: Addendum
I have never felt so poorly treated in my life. Not only have they screwed up each portion of their customer service process in relation to my order… well, I’m livid about how I was just treated as I attempted to cancel my order. Rude. Unable to provide any confirmation that my order was being cancelled. I felt like I was being mocked.
If you ever considered ordering a system from them, don’t. What a nightmare. And it’s all so futile. Nowhere to complain, no one to talk to. They won’t give out last names or extensions or let you go any further up the phone chain then a supposed “supervisor” who basically told me it’s all my fault they they couldn’t get a computer to me in nearly two months.
