Alienware sucks
Well, once I was excited. It’s now been nearly 2 months and through a comedy of errors on their part, I still have no system. I’ve just cancelled by order and forced them to refund. I have no faith in them and their shite customer service, so I’m just going to go buy a comparable system that isn’t as cool but is much cheaper and will at least allow me to have the system… well, immediately. Fuckers.

I orderd an alienware 4 months ago, and did recieve it. But man, that bitch costed me $8000. And it was only a 550 mHz. LOL, my friend built his for $400 max, and is 5x better then mine. Alienware sucks. I suck

I think that Alienware systems look Sweet! I always wanted to get one but i dont feel like spending that much money on them…. I wonder if they run good under extreme usage…

DAM 8000Gs for some “Best Gaming PC EVER! Alienware” Bullshit! For 3 Grand I, any one with brains can put together 10x better PC then that Alienware crap. lol it’s true, prove me wrong! Lol it just makes me mad, ooo best GAMEing PC ever, fuckers burn in hell. last time I custimized a custom alienware pc on thier official website that shit cost close to 10 grand, (well i put the best they had) then I tried to make it as close to my pc as I could and it came out 2Gs even tho I custom built mines for less then $1000. lol right now in running a Pentuim 4 3GHz , 480w demon power suply which came with the demon PC case, 2Gs DDR RAM, two 160GBs Maxtor HDDS, RADEON 9800 PRO 128MB AGP, and so on… lol and most of the parts were bought on ebay brand new! any ways one things for sure is that alienware sucks!

ALIENWARE SUCKS!!!!! do not buy anything from them. I bought a liquid cooled area 51 7500 and its the biggest piece of $3000 shit ever!!! it runs very hot and loud and cant run battlefield 2. i returned it after spending 2 weeks with tech support, and alienware stole 15% OF MY MONEY. What a rip off, once again, DO NOT GET AN ALIENWARE PC!!!!!!

ULTIMANT GAMING RIG!!!!
Yes the alienware area 51 laptop I got was kick ass, when doom3 first came out it ran it smoothly. I never had any problems with it.
Untill… One day soon after my warrenty expired (go figure) I realized that every tiem I restart my computer and go to play a game it crashes. Playing game to —-> Power off, no error, no nothing.
If I can get it to power back on my first try it will ushaly stay working ok maybe for a day or so, otherwise it will repeatidy crash over and over as I try to turn it on.
Well I had a computer for a few years so I wasnt all hating aleinware about it, I decided to look for soultions.
I emailed alienware, not for a solution, but just for a course of action as to what I should do now. No response, ever.
I scanned for virus’s, its clean.
I reformatted, problem persist.
I thought perhaps it was overheating, the fan works, the air that comes out is a bit warm. I tried leavign it off for a while, turned it on started a game core temp was about 60 (gets up to 76) and it crashed. I bought a external cooler, no effect.
As rebooting seems to effect the problem I ruled out overheating, its a hardware conflict Im thinking.
I think a cure for aids is more likly to be discovered than a cure for my alienware, its retarded. I cannot play games without it crashing.
Its good for ANYTHING BUT GAMES, and yet is supposed to be the ultimant gamming rig? its like a tiger without teeth or claws, all it can do is fondal you.
I have had horror storys with HP’s compaqs (the old compaqs where great tho) Dells (but dells customer service was alwsome)and gateways. It seems to me all computers are prone to break down, I just wish my alienware wasnt so damn expensive with such a retarded problem.
I had a computer custom built for me by a friend and it rocks so far, I hope this turns out to be the way to go.
However I still own my 3K dollar aleinware area 51 and I dont want to give alienware another penny for a extended warrenty. So I will try reformatting, or I will just shoot it with my AK-47 and film it to post on the internet, maybe a 3k dollar sacrifice will convice would be buyers to stay away from expensive computers like AW that will break.

I lost 3k buying a alienware area 51m laptop. I bought it because I heard they where great for running games and I needed a laptop in the navy because of little space. It crashes when trying to run games. It just turns off, no error or anything.

Hey I bought a 7500 4800 cpu duel 7800gtx 2 gig of ram and this thing ran like a 386 dx, what apiece of shit 3400.00 dollars worth of crap. So they said send it back and we will fix it, I said no I will send it back and I want a refund {you had your chance to make it right when you ran all your tests at the factory. If you send it back for repair you will be over the 30 days and you own it DONT DO IT. So I put a claim in with my credit card company and suck faces at allianware sent me 2800.00 back to my acct.Must be the restocking fee for bad hardware. My credit card people said they will have to pay it all or they will take it, No sweat off me I am not paying interest because the credit card people credited my account the day I sent it back.The best thing you can do is let the credit card people fight with them that’s what you pay for, Unless you want to speak with some jackass down in Cuba {Miami}. You can’t deal with these people its like being on a merry-go-round. Do Not Wait for them to refund your money. call the credit people and get it started ASAP because they will screw you
If you get a bad machine return it fast
Get rma number
Get insurance
Get delivery confirmation
And ship the crap back
And call your credit card company for a credit
Let them fight for you because they will try and stick you with a restocking fee

Ok Alienware sucks balls. Who ever is reading this, plz for ur own money and ur own GOD DMAN Sake. DO NOT BUY THIS SHIT. I bought an Alienshit Area-51 for 2200 $ and i recieved it a week late. After i started it up the comp started to over heat and the cpu fan stopped working. It got so hot that it was impossible for me to touch the touch pad. I spent the weekend trying to solve the issue. Them bastards made me open the comp and try to fix it myself. I was tired, pissed, and scared that my dad would kick my ass for spending 22oo for a shit comp. I called monday and told them i am shipping it back and i want a full refund. After 2 hrs on the fone i got a no restocking fee if i ship it back, but yet they wont refund my Shipping even though it was SUPPOSE to be FREE from the ads i seen online. But sadly this bitches lied. SO i Sent this SHIT back and ordered a DELL Inspiron 9400/ E1705 WHich is 10 X better than alienware, the looks might be a a lil shitter but its not worth it. TRUST ME. I got this dell for 2 k and its FUlly loaded with 4 yr warrenty, unlike Alienware with 1 yr warrenty and 1 gig of memory and not even close to the Dell. SO i saved over 700 $ getting the dell computer. i give dell 1 8/10 and alienware 1/10, sony = 3/10, HP = 6/10 (keypad blows). SO DO UR SELF A FAVOR AND DUN GET THIS SHIT.

Do not buy an Alienware laptop! I was on my way to get a $3000 Aurora m9700, and it did not arrive to me. So I call up customer service, and guess who’s on the phone?! A freakin’ 50 year old man who doesnt give a bullshit about me, or the computer. And guess what? I didnt recieve it until 2 weeks after that call. Bunch of dicks.
