Them bastards made me open the comp and try to fix it myself. I was tired, pissed, and scared that my dad would kick my ass for spending 22oo for a shit comp. I called monday and told them i am shipping it back and i want a full refund. After 2 hrs on the fone i got a no restocking fee if i ship it back, but yet they wont refund my Shipping even though it was SUPPOSE to be FREE from the ads i seen online. But sadly this bitches lied. SO i Sent this SHIT back and ordered a DELL Inspiron 9400/ E1705 WHich is 10 X better than alienware, the looks might be a a lil shitter but its not worth it. TRUST ME. I got this dell for 2 k and its FUlly loaded with 4 yr warrenty, unlike Alienware with 1 yr warrenty and 1 gig of memory and not even close to the Dell. SO i saved over 700 $ getting the dell computer. i give dell 1 8/10 and alienware 1/10, sony = 3/10, HP = 6/10 (keypad blows). SO DO UR SELF A FAVOR AND DUN GET THIS SHIT. Ok Alienware sucks balls. If I can get it to power back on my first try it will ushaly stay working ok maybe for a day or so, otherwise it will repeatidy crash over and over as I try to turn it on.
