It was my only time seeing Garbage, and I thought they sounded pretty good, but they just didn't seem too enthusiastic up there. I woulda figured that since it's the start of a tour they'd be psyched to be playing, but maybe they need some time on the road first or something. I agree with your thoughts on the setup at the Wiltern. What good is having general admission on the floor if it's so subdivided? Personally I'd rather see stuff at the Mayan or the Paladium.
